We believe that the learning and insights you gather through education set the tone for your early career and help you figure out what you want to do. We offer London-based, competitively paid summer internships to University students from across the globe. We also offer paid work experience weeks to 16-18 year old students who are interested in exploring a career in technology. Both experiences help students understand our industry, our work and our culture.
We offer 10-week internships to undergraduate and postgrad students each summer. Our interns are introduced to the way we work and mentored closely during their time with us, delivering work that has real-world results. We proactively look for people that might not have considered a career in quantitative finance, so if you don’t have experience with markets or our industry don’t worry! Please note that programming experience is a must if you are applying to our Quant Developer internship. This is a paid internship and we provide accommodation in fully serviced apartments.
We offer 1-week programming work experience placements to 16-18 year olds, offering young people who are interested in coding a flavour of what a career in programming could look like. We believe that those from disadvantaged backgrounds are particularly vulnerable to not seeing these opportunities, even if they have a natural interest in technology. Our work experience placements are therefore delivered in partnership with education outreach charities that work closely with schools in disadvantaged London areas. Our partners include Teach First, The Access Project, Stemettes and St Giles’ Trust.
