Notice regarding scams

We have been made aware of fraudulent activity by third parties claiming to be affiliated with, or endorsed by, Quadrature Capital Limited and/or one of our affiliated entities (together “Quadrature”). Examples of such activity include offering purported cryptocurrency and other investment services or opportunities to third parties in the name of Quadrature, whether through an online platform or otherwise.

Please note that Quadrature does not offer any investment management, advisory, brokerage or other financial services to, or accept deposits or subscriptions from, the general public in any form. If you are contacted by anyone offering you any services or investment opportunities and claiming to be Quadrature, or in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Quadrature, please be aware that such communications are likely to be fraudulent and you should not interact with them.

Our only official website is quadrature.ai. Please be aware that third parties may from time to time set up impersonating domains and websites that look similar, but have nothing to do with us. You should not access any content at such domains or websites, or give any information or money to the persons behind such domains/websites. Examples that we are aware of include:

If you believe that you have been a victim of fraud or any other crime, you should contact your local law enforcement authorities and/or financial regulators as appropriate.
